Grind the pistachios with 1 tsp sugar keep aside. Sieve the maida.

Preheat the oven at 180°C. Grease a loaf pan 9×5,cut parchment paper according the tin size and place the paper in the tin keep aside.

In a bowl add curd,icing sugar whisk it till smooth, then add baking soda and baking powder whisk it. Cover and keep aside for 5 mins. Then add the pistachio powder and sieved maida mix it with a spatula, add melted butter,vanilla essence and green colour mix it well. Pour the batter in the greased tin & bake in a pre heated oven at 180°C for 25 to 30 mins or till tooth pick inserted comes out

Cool it fo 10 mins then remove it from the tin. Cool it on a wire rack
Sugar glaze:- In a bowl add butter and icing sugar and whisk till very smooth and lump free. Then add milk and whisk it till smooth and shiny. Pour the sugar glaze on the cake. Sprinkle the sliced pistachios and rose petals. Slice and serve
