Winters bring along with them a spread of beautiful looking Vegetables and Fruits in it's full glory. And what better way than to use them in Salads too just like umpteen number of other dishes. This one is a simple one with Jalapenos and Herbs. Parsley can also be used in this. It's just like Mexican Tomato and Jalapeno Salad sans the Red Onions and the Cucumbers.
A simple everyday Salad that can be made so very quickly and can be relished at mealtimes. It's also my go to Brunch on any given day.

Slice the Cherry Tomatoes before making the Salad. Tangy and absolutely flavourful with the use of Jalapenos in it.

Add all the ingredients to a bowl. Toss everything up and it's all ready. That's it.

Serve it immediately. Do not forget to whip it up just before serving to retain the flavours and the crunch. Enjoy!
