Boil potatoes remove skin and prick it with fork,then shallow fry till golden.

Make paste using coriander leaves, spinach leaves, garlic with little water.

Heat oil add jeera all khada masala add green chilly ginger paste saute it then add chopped onion fry for a while.

Add green paste mix it and cook for few minutes then add all masala powders,salt,sugar mix and continue cooking.

After a while add kasuri methi, pudina powder,curd and fried baby potatoes mix it well.

Cook for some more min and hariyali Dum Aloo is ready to serve/enjoy, grate some cheese on top.
