In a large skillet sauté your Jimmy Dean sausage, chopped onion, green pepper, black pepper and garlic powder until no pink remains in sausage, remove from heat and let cool ……

In a bowl combine your Bisquick mix, milk, eggs and cheese thoroughly…….

Combine your cooled sausage mixture with the Bisquick mixture and mix thoroughly……..Let batter rest for about 10 minutes…….

Pour several spoonfuls of the sausage mix into muffin cups that have been coated with butter cooking spray….

Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 25 ~30 minutes, or until muffins are golden on top, let cool for a few minutes, then remove cooled muffins and place onto a large serving platter …..Repeat until all sausage mixture has been cooked……..

Meanwhile in a small pot combine your butter, garlic powder and parsley flakes, heat on low heat stirring occasionally…….

Brush your garlic/ butter mixture all over muffins ……

Serve immediately and enjoy 😉!!!
