Preheat oven 400F

To make the candied orange rind:
Save up orange rinds; simmer for a minute; coarse chop and mix 50:50 with sugar. Store for a week or two in fridge. - 3
Mix dry ingredients and spices

Mix in orange rind mixture; then wet ingredients. Add more milk if it's too thick.

Put in lubed and parchment paper lined baking dishes. Sprinkle w/ sugar

Bake (turn oven down to 350F) for 25-35min

Allow to cool, then remove and let their bottoms dry
