Take moong dal and wash it 2/3 times.

Put water, salt, and haldi and keep them for boiling.

Boil till it turns soft.

As the water gets dry off the flame put coriander leaves take Kadai put oil, jeera and leave for 3/4 minutes, and add in dal.

Sprinkle some garam masala, amchur powder, and red Chilli powder, and your spicy moong dal is ready to Serve.
