Blanche Spinach in hot water.

Allow it to cool down. Add green chilli and make a Spinach puree.

In a wide bowl add whole wheat flour, palak/ Spinach puree, all dry powders, salt and Sprinkle water and knead a soft dough. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and knead well.

Heat a pan, divide the dough in medium size balls. With the help of rolling pin flattered the balls and dust some flour and roll to form like a thin roti.

Cook the palak Paratha well by adding little oil. Serve with pickle / raita.
