Steps

Soak chanay over night with 1 tsp baking soda and salt

Boiled well when it tender off the stove

Drain out extra water

Take a pan fry onion when it become pink add tomatoes, green chillies, salt, red chilli flakes, turmeric powder, cook few minutes

When gravy is ready add chanay.add ketchup and cook on high flame

Cover it and cook few minutes more.Now chanay is ready serve with evening tea.
