Firstly, soak saffron threads in a half cup of water in a milk seperately.

Chop all dry fruits into small pieces.

Peel and chop all the fruits in small pieces. Add little milk to them as you keep choosing other fruits so as to avoid browning of the fruits.

Take all chopped fruits in a big mixing bowl. Add fresh cream to it. Add finely chopped dry fruits, illachi powder, mix well. Add rose water, soaked saffron.

Mix well and keep in refrigerate to chill it.

Garnish with finely chopped dry fruits.

Finally, serve chilled Shahi fruit cream.
