Heat kadai or a pan- dry roast oats.After it gets cool and prepares powder in a blender jar.

Also coarsely blend almonds and cashews, and grate coconut.

Then heat ghee in a kadai and add almonds, cashews, oats powder, and coconut.

Roast all the ingredients in a low flame while stirring continuously. When changing colour turn off the flame.

Transfer this to another plate. Prepare jaggery syrup by adding little water on a low flame, and add saunf & cardamom powder.

Mix well. Now add roasted oats and dry fruit mixture & combine well, off the flame.

Combine properly using your hands.Transfer in the jar or bowl n enjoy healthy panjey😋
