Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  • 250 gms of methi
  • 100 gmsmatar
  • 1onion chopped and 1onion curry cut
  • 8cashews,1tbsp poppy seeds
  • 3green chillies and 4pods of garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbspfresh cream and small piece of Ginger

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash, remove the stems and chopp the methi and fruit in low flame with 2 tbsp of oil.

  2. 2

    Boil Matar keep it aside.soak cashews and poppy seeds for half an hour and grind along with green chillies, onion and garlic and ginger.

  3. 3

    Take oil in a kadhai add chopped onion, gradually add this past and salt.cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Gradually add fried methi and bold matar give a perfect mix cook for another 5 minutes lastly add cream and put off the gas.
