Jhatpat rava Ladoo

In a pan put rava(sooji).
Dry roast it for some time.
Next add ghee into it and continue roasting till the rava colour changes to light brown. - 2
While roasting add almonds into the rava and continue roasting. Subsequently add kishmish too. As you get the desired rava colour and awesome aroma, switch off the heat. Let the roasted rava cool down a bit.

Next take a mixer jar. Put sugar, salt and cardamoms.
Add the warm sooji mixture into it and pulse the mixer. - 4
Then gradually add milk and pulse. As you get a ladoo binding consistency.it's time to bind ladoos..
Transfer the mixture in a plate. - 5
Take small portions and bind yummy rava ladoos in no time. Decorate with choco chips to lure kids.
You can decorate it with almonds or cashews or even pista. - 6
In a Jiff delicious danedaar rava ladoos are ready!!
