Instant Crispy Ragi / Finger Milet Dosa

Take a mixing bowl add ragi flour, rice flour, rava, and add little water and mix it well.

Now add curd mix it properly well. Then add more water to make a smooth pouring consistency batter. Set the batter aside for 8-10 minutes to rest.

Heat a pan on medium hot add a drop of oil and wipe the pan with a tissue paper, then sprinkle few drops of water on the pan and wipe the pan with tissue. Then spread a ladleful of batter on the hot pan and allow to crisp. Now add oil around the edges and all over the dosa and allow to crisp. Once one side crisp then flip the dosa and crisp other side, remove from pan, nice brown colour has come. Crispy Ragi Dosa is ready.

Roll the crispy dosa and serve with coconut chutney.
