Now make a dough. Take a large plate add maida 1/4 bowl oil, salt. Mix it well. Knead a soft dough and keep it for half hour covered with a soft cloth. Now take a kadhai add 1/2 tbsp oil and heat on medium flame. Add all spices one by one. Then add moong dal and urad dal and saute it for 1-2 minutes on low flame. Let it cool down. Now make stuffing balls from it.

Knead the dough and make a lemon size shape and flatten it with finger. Fill the stuffing in dough in the middle and close it well. Press and flatten the top and roll it lightly with rolling pin.

Deep fry them medium flame till golden brown and crispy. Take it out in a plate.

Khasta is ready now. Serve with hot sabji, rayta and enjoy......😋😋
