Yummy and very easy Crepes
This is my go to recipes for making a quick breakfast on any busy or relaxing morning 🌞 you can always cut or double the ingredients based on your servings.
Steps
- 1
First make the mixture: in a bowl (large enough) pour in the milk and then egg and mix with a whisker. then add sugar and vanilla essence and mix well
- 2
Sift in your flour and then mix all together. finally add the melted butter for extra soft crepes.
- 3
Now take a small frying pan and grease your pan with butter. you can take brush and smooth the surface or simply take a tissue. smoothing the butter on pan surface, will make the crepes even and nice.
- 4
Now take a ice cream scoop or simply 1/4 cup and take the mixture and spread on the pan evenly. same cup will help having even crepes.
- 5
Usually this mixture makes 4 crepes for 2. you can thicken it if you like. or double the ingredients to make for more people.
- 6
Enjoy with maple syrup, chocolate spread and seasonal fruits!
