Semolina idli

In a mixing bowl add curd and whisk well. add semolina and salt mixed with curd. add 1/2 cup water and make a semi-thick batter. cover and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.

After that semolina absorbed the water so add some more water and make a pouring consistency batter. Add baking soda. whisk again and pour the batter into greased idli mould. microwave it for 3 minutes and the idli is ready.

Transfer them to a plate and repeat the same process and prepared all. served with sambhar or chutney
