Chopped Wash and rinse Coriander.

Take a besan and rice flour in a paraat. Add Coriander salt ginger chilli garlic paste garam masala turmeric powder red chilli powder dry mango powder.Mix it well. And make a roll. Grease plate and steam roll for 10 minutes.

Take out from steamer.And cut into pieces. And fry.
Tasty Crispy kothambir vadi is ready to serve.Serve with Kethup or chutney.
