In finely chopped radish pods sprinkle salt and keep aside. After 10 min squeeze out water from radish pods..it will be soft and its bitterness will be lessen. Rinse, pat dry and chopped guava.

In cooking pan add heat oil. Do tempering of cumin seeds. Add chopped radish pods and guava. Add 2+3 tbsp water. Mix well and cook by covering the pan with lid filled with water.

As veggies get tender add turmeric powder red kashmiri chilli powder dhania jeera powder salt to taste. Cook for 2 minutes.

Transfer it in serving bowl. Add whisked curd, mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Serve Relish Delicious Radish Pods-Gauva Sabzi with thepla, parathas or roti as side dish.
