Ingredients

one bowl
  • 2Red tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 4-5garlic cloves
  • Halfinch ginger
  • 2 tbspgrated dry coconut
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Tamarind
  • 1 tbspoil
  • leavesCurry
  • Pinchasfordia
  • 1 tspmustard seeds

  1. 1

    First of all take two tomatoes chopped then one onion Chopped. Take some oil in pan then add ginger garlic cloves Stir it and add chopped onion in it

    Then add chopped tomatoes and stir it. Keep as it is on medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes then cold it

    After cooling transfer in mixer jar then add grated coconut red chilli powder salt to taste and little bit sugar then grind it

    Now add tamarind in it and again grind it properly after branding take tadka pan add tablespoon of oil and add mustard seeds pinch of asophodia and curry leaves after cracking mustard seeds. add grinding chutney in it and stir it properly and mix it well.stop the flame.
