In bowl take wheat flour,salt,carom seeds,oil.mix well. Gradually add water and Knead soft dough. Rest for 30 minutes.

Coarsely blend green peas. Take out in bowl. Heat pan add oil.
Once hot add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste. Saute well. - 3
Now add green peas.mix well.cook for 5 minutes. Add garam masala, lemon juice, sugar,and salt. Mix well.cook for more 5 minutes.

Allow it to cool down. Divide stuffing in balls. Take out some flour from the dough. Roll and stuff the green peas stuffing

Close it well. Roll out paratha. Cook well from both the sides. Take out. Cut into pieces. Grate cheese on it. Serve hot with sauce
