Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupdeseeded and roughly chopped amla (indian gooseberries)
  2. 1 cupchopped coriander (dhania)
  3. 1 tbsproughly chopped green chillies
  4. 1/2 tspchopped ginger (adrak)
  5. 1/2 tspcumin seeds (Jeera)
  6. 1/4 tspasafoetida (hing)
  7. 1/4 tspblack salt (sanchal)
  8. 2 tspsugar
  9. As per tasteSalt

    Combine all the ingredients and 1/4 cup of water in a mixer and blend it smoothly.
