Grate radish and chop radish leaves. Add sorghum flour.

Add, turmeric powder, dhania powder, red chilli powder, and carom seeds. salt.mix well.

If required add little water.mix well. Make a soft dough. Take a plastic sheet. Divide dough into small balls.

Spread neatly. Apply oil to the pan and put the paratha in the pan. Cook well from both sides. Serve hot with curd, sauce, and garlic chutney.
