Methi chicken curry

Mix chicken with salt, pepper, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, curd. Mix it well. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Roast methi leaves in 2 table spoons of oil in low flame and keep it aside

Slice onions and tomatoes.

Take a pan and keep it on the stove. Once the pan heats add oil, once the oil heats add Elaichi, cloves, then add onions, curry leaves, mix it. Mix it with salt, pepper, then add ginger garlic paste. Mix it. Add tomato. Mix it well. Keep the stove in low flame.

Then add marinated chicken into it. Mix it. Add water. Keep the stove in high flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Once it half cooked add kaju paste. Mix it well. Then add roasted methi leaves. Mix it. Add coriander leaves. Mix it well. Add coconut powder. Mix it well. Add coriander powder. Mix it well. Close the lid. Cook for 2 minutes in low flame.

Then turn off the stove. Take it into a bowl and serve hot with rice/chapathi/roti.
