Punjeeri used to be an important dish in winters.Even now in my home two dishes are always ready in my kitchen - gajar ka halwa and dryfruit Punjeeri is full of antioxidants and it gives warmth to our body.Only in winters we can eat this Punjeeri .You can eat it as it is or add water to make halwa or mix it in hot milk.

Heat1 tb.spoon. ghee in a karahi,add gond and fry on medium heat.Keep it aside.Now fry almonds, cashew nuts and walnut.Let it cool.Grind them to a powder.

Now add the rest of the ghee add wheat flour and fry on low heat for 10-15 min.Switch off the gas stove.Add.dry ginger powder.Let it cool.

Now mix wheat flour, jaggery and dry fruits.Your yummy Punjeeri is ready to eat.
