Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 2 tbspcinnamon
  • 1 tbspnutmeg
  • 1tspn baking powder and baking soda
  • 1 cupcooking oil
  • I cup of sugar
  • 2-3carrots
  • 1 tbspvanilla essence
  • 3-4eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend the carrot, sugar, cooking oil and vanilla essence

  2. 2

    Sieve and mix the dry ingredients

  3. 3

    Pour the mix in a bowl, add the dry ingredients gradually

  4. 4

    Baked at 225 degrees for 1hr
