Add margarine, cooking oil, sugar and almond essence in a mixing bowl then mix together until the mixture is watery.

When it's the right consistency, add one egg 🥚 at a time into the mixture and mix together. The sugar granules will desolve but not completely.

After adding the eggs, turn on the oven to 180 degrees Celsius then add flour to the mixture and milk alternately until the dough is watery and in the right consistency.

When done then pour the dough in to the baking tins then bake for 45mins

Results...a whole almond cake 🎂
