Ingredients

  • 1 cupBasmati rice
  • As RequiredWater for cooking rice
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1Onion
  • 1Bell pepper
  • 1/4 cupCorn
  • 1/4 cupPeas
  • As per tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  • 1Chilli
  • As RequiredCoriander

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut all the vegetables. Cook the rice and let it cool for 10 minutes.

    In a wok add add oil cumin seeds followed by all the vegetables.

    Add rice, salt and pepper. Mix well. Serve with any curry or chilli 😍
