Pinky mixed fruit Cupcakes

Steps

Note: All ingredients should be at room temperature. As you are about to start mixing do not forget to on and preheat your oven on medium heat.
In a bowl mix sugar and butter till light, and creamy, add eggs in bits and continue to mix until fluffy - 2
Add milk and whisk

Add fruit juice, extract and whisk till well mixed

Add food colour and whisk, then mix flour with baking powder and sieve 1 cup at a time into the creamy mixture and fold, continue to add flour and fold the mixture until all flour is finished.

Fold until no flour seen, but do not over mix your batter

Line cupcake paper in muffin pan and scoop your batter half way

Line in the oven and let it bake for 10-12 minutes is enough. Insert a tooth stick and if comes out clean without batter.....
