Cut fish and wash then put in a pot add a little water and put on heat to cook add maggi, salt, grounded pepper, curry and time or any other seasoning as you desire.

When the fish is cooked, separate it from the broth and remove bones from the fish as much as possible.

Blend the tomatoes, pepper and onions not smooth. Drain the water from the blend using a basket or frying spoon.

Put vegetable oil in a pan or pot and add the tomato mix and allow to start frying.

Break eggs and whisk then pour into the pan or pot with the tomatoes frying. Add the fish too at this point.

Add a pinch of salt and additional maggi and stir. When the egg is fried, add the fish broth and cover to cook for about 2mins

Serve with rice, boiled or fried yam and enjoy
