Arbi Ki Subzi { Taro Root } Winter Special

First peel arbi & wash it nicely & dry properly with a cloth; after 5 min cut into thine slices

Add ghee in a pan warm it put jeera when jeera crackle add arbi & fry on medium flame 🔥till it crispy; till arbi is frying make dahi masala with all spices { when ever you use dahi in Subzi don’t use directly after removing from fridge it will curdle always remove 1/2hr before then use & after putting dahi don’t cook on high flame}

Add dahi masala ; cook on medium flame 🔥 till ghee come out. If you like here you can add 1 sliced onion 🧅 & switch off the flame don’t cook ; crunchy ness of onion 🧅 taste very good in Arbi Ki Subzi
