Wash the veggies and chop the cabbage and cut the carrots into thin 2 inch long slices
Heat oil in a kadai add jeera and chopped garlic saute for a few mins. Add 1 slice of onion and fry till it changes colour. Then add the veggies and mix it well - 2
Now add haldi powder, red chili powder, kitchen king masala, dhania powder, jeera powder, and salt and mix well. Then add the remaining onions, crushed Kasuri methi, and pav bhaji masala mix, cover, and cook on medium flame till done. Garnish with coriander leaves
