Bottle gourd sabzi(Kaddu ki sabzi)

Heat oil in a pressure cooker add jeera, curry leaves and green chilies fry for a few mins, then add ginger garlic paste and saute. Add the chopped onions and fry till soft.

Add the chopped bottle of gourd and mix well. Add tomato puree, red chili powder, kitchen king masala, salt, and haldi powder mixed well. Cover the lid and cook on high flame for 1 whistle, then on low flame for 2 whistles. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
