First we will boil the flour takes about 1 litre of water.

First we will boil the water. Now add flour & mix it well.

Will make dough by kneeding with punch.

If it becomes a little normal, then we will prepare dough by kneading with punch.

The dough should not be too hard, not too soft. Other wise the pithe will burst in the water.

The batter the dough, the better the pitha will be.
It can be fried and taken with tea as an evening snacks. - 7
First of all we wash chana dal thoroughly two to the time. will keep it in water for 2 hour.

Now we will put the chillies in the mixer. Will griend coarsely.

Add termaric and salt to the dal and mix it well.

Now add about 1 to 2 tbsp mustard oil and heat it.

Light pink the garlic coarsely ground.

By adding lentil also, we will remove it's raw properly.

Put the garlic leaves and coriander leaves. On top

Will mix well, our pitha staffing is ready.

Take a small amount of dough and make a round shape fill the dal mixture and cover.

Similarly, fill the mixture in dough and keep aside.

First put 7or 8 pitha
Will cook on height flame for 3 to 4 minutes. - 21
Then put the rest of the back also on two minutes to three minutes full flame.

Total taken 10 minutes, 6 minutes on full flame. Rest will be cooked on low to medium flame.

Cut the pitha in pieces.

Heat the oil in the pan.Add one and a half spoons of oil.

Add mustard and curry leaves and let them crackle.

We put the pitha and fry it lightly.

Can serve with tea by adding coriander leaves on top.
