A simple healthy recipe for all. Ingredients used here are typical of winter season.

Boil beet root in a pressure cooker. Remove the skin.
Blanch broccoli florets in hot water. Cut all the vegetables into small dice shapes except hara chana and broccoli. - 2
Collect all the vegetables in a bowl. Add oil, spices and lemon juice. Mix well.

One can decorate the salad to enhance the look. I have used bun bread, red chili and semi squeezed lemon for decoration.
