Butter
1 packageskillet gnocchi
1 1/4 cups(about 10 fl oz) light cream
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Black pepper
4 slicessmoked salmon
Chives
2/3 cupshredded mozzarella cheese (about 2.5 oz)

Melt a pat of butter in a skillet, add the gnocchi, and brown them.

Add the cream, black pepper, chives, smoked salmon, and lemon juice. Cook for 2 minutes.

Transfer everything to the air fryer basket and add the shredded mozzarella cheese.

Set the air fryer to 350°F for 7 minutes.
