Ingredients

  • 500ગ્રામ આંબળા
  • 300ગ્રામ ખાંડ
  • 2મોટા ચમચા ઘી
  • 1ચમમી એલચી પાવડર
  • 0ll ચમચી જાયફળ પાવડર
  • 10તાંતણા કેસર

Steps

  1. 1

    સૌ પ્રથમ આંબળાને ધોઈ લો. ચાળણીમાં રાખી દો. તપેલીમાં નીચે પાણી મૂકી તેમાં રોલ પર ચાળણી રાખી ઢાંકી ગેસ ઓન કરી તેના પર મૂકી બાફી લો. બફાઈ જાય એટલે ઠંડા થવા દો.

    ત્યારબાદ તેના ઠળીયા કાઢી મેસ કરી લો.હવે કડાઈમાં ઘી મૂકી ક્રશ કરેલ આંબળાંનો માવો ઉમેરી 5 મિનીટ સાંતળો.પછી તેમાં ખાંડ ઉમેરો.

    એ પછી તેમાં કેસર ને 2 ચમચી પાણીમાં ઘોળી ઉમેરો. એલચી પાવડર તથા જાયફળ પાવડર ઉમેરી 5 મિનીટ હલાવો.પછી ગેસ બંધ કરી ઠંડો પડવા દો.તૈયાર છે શિયાળાની સીઝનનો સ્પે.હેલ્ધી ગુણકારી આંબળાંનો મુરબ્બો.

    સર્વિંગ બાઉલમાં મુરબ્બો લઈ સવૅ કરો.વરખ પણ ઉમેરી શકાય.
