Steps

Cut all the veggies and wash well. In a pot, pour the mixed oils, add onion and fry until translucent.

Add the seasoned cooked meat and fry. Then add in your washed veggies, scotch bonnets and fry for 5mins.

Add seasoning cubes, curry and meat stock. Taste for salt and add if needed. Cover and allow it Cook for 5-7mins.

When it's done, serve with your desired choice. Served mine with rice and fried yam.
