Take a pressure cooker, add oil and cumin seeds, green chilies and mix it well saute for a minute.

Now add onions, potato, and peas and mix them well. Now add all spices salt, turmeric, coriander powder, and garam masala, and mix it well. Now cover the lid and cook until the veggies get soft.

When veggies get soft now add 2 cups water and mix it. Now add rice and mix well. Now in a pressure cooker, cook and give 1 whistle. After 1 whistle, open your cooker and your delicious matar pulao is ready to eat.
