Heat oil in a pan.

Add in garlic and tomatoes.

Stir well till tomatoes are mashed up.

Add in chicken and bhoono well.

Add in green chillies.

Cook covered on dum till chicken is tender.

Dry roast and coarsely crush coriander seeds and black peppercorns.

Add red chillies,salt and roasted masala to the karahi.

Give it a good stir.

Smoke it with a coal.

Serve with roti or naan.
