Cut cauliflower florets into thin pieces, wash, and add all spices.

Add salt and mix well, keep aside for 10 minutes.

Now add chopped onions, coriander leaves, and gram flour.

Add some water and make the pakoda batter.

Heat oil in a pan and fry all pakore till crisp and golden brown.

Serve hot gobhi pakore with your favourite chutney.
