Easy French Toast

Whenever I find hardened baguette, I make this french toast for breakfast. I don't put any sugar or sweetener during cooking but add honey at the end.
Easy French Toast
Whenever I find hardened baguette, I make this french toast for breakfast. I don't put any sugar or sweetener during cooking but add honey at the end.
Steps
- 1
Cut the baguette into slices that are about 2 cm thick.
- 2
In a bowl, mix together the eggs and milk.
- 3
Dip the baguette slices in the egg and milk mixture and let them soak for about 10 minutes.
- 4
Heat a pan over medium heat and add butter. Once the butter is melted, place the baguette slices on the pan.
- 5
Cook the slices until they are golden brown on one side, then flip them over and cook the other side.
- 6
Once the French toast is cooked, remove it from the pan.
- 7
Optionally, you can top with honey or sugar before serving.
