Palak (Spinach) Raita Sauted !!

Wash and chop palak. Heat ghee in kadhai and add jeera. Let it crackle and add chopped palak along with salt and dhania powder. Mix well.

Cook palak till water evaporates stirring occasionally. Switch off the flame. Let it cool down completely.

Take fresh curd in a mixing bowl and whisk well. Add black salt, salt and roasted jeera powder. Again whisk well.

Add cooked palak and whisk well everything. Keep bowl in a refrigerator for 10 to 15 mins. Garnish with roasted jeera powder and serve.
