Try this easy yet tasty recipe as a side dish with plane rice. If you don’t make dishes of this vegetable or have never eaten this earlier, try in this way, easy and simple yet delicious.

Wash and cut the Kundri and Potato length wise (like French fries). Boil till both become tender. If using pressure cooker, just give 1 whistle.

Mix rice flour, besan, salt, chilli powder, chat Masala with boiled vegetables.
I have not used chilli powder, as my son can’t eat, but adding chilli powder enhances the taste. - 3
In a hot Dosa tawa/non-stick tawa, add oil and once hot, spread the masala coated veggies. Fry by flipping multiple times so that it gets crispy from all sides.
