Chop your mushrooms small add to fry pan with oil.

Make a white sauce by mixing a the flour with a small bit of milk to make a paste. Then gradually add more milk and heat in a pan on low heat until it gets thick, add mushrooms and ham salt and pepper and keep on simmer.
You can keep this chilled until ready to use or use straight away for your toast to be topped. - 3
Butter a nice piece of bread and add the topping and cook on grill in airfryer or cooker for 6 minutes until hot and brown.

Serve with salad, this is very hot so wait 5 minutes before eating, it was hard for me I've got to admit and the mushroom sauce burnt my neck. Be careful 😉
