Broccoli Peas Mushroom Dry

Heat oil, add hing and cumin seeds, once crackle add onion and ginger garlic, sauté for few minutes. Add Mushroom and keep stirring.

After 2 mins add peas, salt, chilli powder, turmeric and cook in medium flame until the water released from Mushroom is almost gone
- 3
Now add broccoli and chopped tomato, coriander powder and Kasoori methi and mix well, cover and cook in slow flame until broccoli is soft, doesn’t take much time for broccoli, so keep checking occasionally. Add garam masala once you switch off the flame.
