Take flour in a bowl, add salt, oil and cumin seeds. Add water to make a soft dough. Leave 15-20 minutes.

Put peas in a grinder, add garlic, ginger and green chillies. Grind coarsely.

Heat 1tbso oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and chopped onion. Fry till translucent. Add peas mixtureand powdered spices. Add salt also. Mix. Cover and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.

If the mixture appear to be sticky, add 1-2tbsp wheat flour and mix. Let the mixture cool. Add chopped coriander leaves and kasuri methi. Stuffing for parathas is ready.

Pinch out a orange sized dough, roll into a roti. Put 2tbsp stuffing in centre and fold the roti as shown in picture.

Roll into a paratha. Fry on a medium hot tawa by applying some ghee Or oil. Fry till golden.

Take out. Serve with raita Or chutney of your choice.
