Okra Jijimi

I tried making chijimi (Korean pancakes) just using okra.
If you cook the outsides until golden brown over a medium heat, then it will fry up deliciously with the outsides crispy, and the insides fluffy. For 2 servings. Recipe by Muuko

Steps
- 1
Coat the okra in salt and boil, then cut into 5mm.
- 2
Add all of the ★ ingredients together in a bowl and mix. Stir well so that there are no clumps of flour.
- 3
Add Step 2 to the okra from Step 1, and mix.
- 4
Add a fair amount of vegetable oil to a pan, pour the mixture from Step 3, and cook both sides over a medium heat until golden brown.
- 5
Enjoy with either gyoza or chijimi dipping sauce.
