Divide the rice into two parts. The first part soak the sticky rice with butterfly pea juice for 4 hours. Then drain it for steam. The second part soak with the turmeric juice for 4 hours, drain it for steam.

Put coconut milk, sugar and salt in the pot. Over low heat, stir until the sugar dissolve. Divide into two parts. The first part add the blue hot steamed sticky rice. Gently stir to mix well. Cover for 20 minutes. Then gently to stir again, cover another 15 minutes. The second part add the yellow hot steamed sticky rice. Gently stir to mix well. Cover for 20 minutes. Then gently to stir again, cover another 15 minutes. Serve with mongo or egg custard or fried dried shrimp.
