Prepare a checklist, keep all ingredients close by

Take a large bowl with sago, Wash the sago with running water and drain. Then add rice, fenugreek seeds and soak in 15 cups of water for 4 hours or overnight. Drain the soaked ingredients, add fresh cold water. Add the ingredient s to idli grinder, make a smooth batter with flowing consistency, not runny Add baking soda and mix by hand. Rest for 1 hour. Then add all the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly - 4
Take an idli stand. Grease the wells. In each well, por 1/2c idli batter. Sprinkle sssssss2tbsp sprouts on the top; cover with ½ c batter. Assemble the plates on the stand. Take enough water in the idli cooker or steamer to generate enough steam. Place the cooker on high flame. Let the water boil. Place the idli stand in the cooker. Cover and steam cook ; After 5-8 minutes you will get cooked smell. Turn off the stove. After a few minutes take the idli stand out. Let it cool

Remove the idlies from the wells. Transfer the idlies to a serving plate. When you break open you can see the sprouts. Serve hot with sambar, chutni, or shcezwan sauce
