Ingredients

3-4 servings
  • Chicken thighs
  • Marinade
  • 1/4 cupgreek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tbspminced garlic
  • 2 tspminced fresh ginger
  • 2 tbspgaram masala
  • 1 tbspcoriander (powdered seeds)
  • 1 1/2 tspcumin
  • 1-2 tspcayenne
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tbspturmeric
  • 1/2 tbsplemon juice
  • Sauce
  • 1/3 cupbutter
  • 2 tbsptomato paste
  • 1/2 cuptomato passata
  • 1 cupcream
  • On the side
  • Rice
  • Naan bread

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut chicken in bite size pieces.

  2. 2

    Mix all marinade ingredients and add chicken. Let sit 15 minutes or as long as you can

  3. 3

    Fry the chicken until ready. Remove from pan.

  4. 4

    Mix butter, tomato paste and tomato passata until hot.

  5. 5

    Add chicken and let simmer for a few minutes.

  6. 6

    Add cream and serve.
