Ingredients

3-4 servings

Chicken thighs
Marinade
1/4 cupgreek yogurt
1 1/2 tbspminced garlic
2 tspminced fresh ginger
2 tbspgaram masala
1 tbspcoriander (powdered seeds)
1 1/2 tspcumin
1-2 tspcayenne
1 tspsalt
1/2 tbspturmeric
1/2 tbsplemon juice
Sauce
1/3 cupbutter
2 tbsptomato paste
1/2 cuptomato passata
1 cupcream
On the side
Rice
Naan bread

Steps

Cut chicken in bite size pieces.

Mix all marinade ingredients and add chicken. Let sit 15 minutes or as long as you can

Fry the chicken until ready. Remove from pan.

Mix butter, tomato paste and tomato passata until hot.

Add chicken and let simmer for a few minutes.

Add cream and serve.
